Please note, we cannot guarantee tracking of inquiries made via phone call or text message.

Given the limitations on the information we can share, we are not fulfilling interview requests for district personnel. We will continue to proactively share information with you as it becomes available.

Uvalde CISD is cooperating with the ongoing investigations being conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety and the FBI. As part of this cooperation, we are prohibited from sharing any information related to the investigation. This includes providing comment or confirmation on any individual accounts regarding the events of May 24.

Student records are protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Per FERPA guidelines, Uvalde CISD cannot share any information about current or former students with members of the media.
